The U.S. government has started issuing banknotes to pay for a stimulus package that includes the $7 billion Netflix deal.
This is part of a $7.5 billion deal to buy movie streaming services from Google.
The U.K., France and India are among the countries receiving the first bills.
On Friday, Google also announced a $2 billion deal with Indian telecom firm Vodafone.
It will be the first time that a foreign bank has given the government of India direct access to the money in its currency.
As part of the $5 billion Netflix bailout, Google will pay for the development of a new $1 billion bank account to help with the costs of the program.
